Welcome to the HYPE&FRIENDS!

We are an agency festival for young professionals in music. Since 2021, it has been opening up perspectives for them as they work on their careers in front of, behind and beside the stage, involving them in new teaching, learning, practice and research formats to help shape the future of music, and recognizing contributions that have supported young professionals with the HYPE&FRIENDS Awards at a BigBand Gala.
